How to Order
There are a number of ways to place your order:

• Online – This is quick and secure. Simply browse the site and when you wish to add an item to your shopping cart click on the ADD TO CART button. Clicking on the "Your Cart" button, on the left hand side of the screen, will allow you to finalise your order.
  Payment by credit card is through the world-renowned services of WorldPay who ensure transactions through their secure servers safeguard your card details and your personal information. If you prefer to pay by other means, you can still use the shopping cart and send payment later.
• Telephone – Call our office during UK office hours on +44 (0)1686 411132.
• Post – Print out a completed Order Form, and post it to us with your payment (Cheque or Postal Order made out in GBP Sterling).

Delivery
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3pm (Mon-Fri) on the same day. All other orders will be sent as quickly as possible, usually by the end of the next working day. Deliveries to UK and Europe are sent by First Class Royal Mail or an alternative courier service at our discretion, which are normally delivered within 1-2 working days for UK addresses. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on delivery times for overseas orders.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to let us know your reasons for wanting to return the goods. Upon authorization, and if you return the goods to us within 28 days in the same condition you received them, we will then give you a full refund for the cost of the goods. We will also be happy to refund the postage costs if the return is a result of our error.

Latitude Imports is committed to protecting your privacy and so the information we ask you to provide when ordering online is to ensure we can offer an efficient and speedy service. You will be asked to supply your name, email address (for your receipt) and a delivery address. Please include your telephone number as it helps us to contact you in the event of a problem with your order. Strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of the information you have provided are followed, as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Latitude Imports will never sell or share your personal information with any third parties unrelated to the Company.
